We sing this week. I won’t say who, but there is a duet, and it is beautiful. There are also events, moments and shenanigans, but that song is all that matters.
With Sot Rue becoming more articulate by the hour, and Gorrus and Farven trying to teach their monster as best they can, the group encounter a moral dilemma. Is killing beasts the right thing to do? Obviously Sot Rue has the best teachers for such a moment, and will make the informed decision.
It is nighttime, and the gang decide to leave their child like Warforged on guard for the night, surely nothing can go wrong with this plan.
Finally, much to the DM’s relief, our student heroes are on their journey. Horses, carts and the open road. Nothing can go wrong at this point, surely?
Our party will be completed this week as we meet Robin’s character, and it is a doozy. So will our group finally get on their heels and get on with their adventure? Or will there be more time to waste with silly shenanigans? I think you can guess.
Welcome to Season 6 of the Formal Gamer Podcast. We have new characters, new story and an old mic. Apologies about that, the mic is on it’s last legs. We will not use it for the next season, and that is a promise. Mainly because I dropped it and killed it.

The season draws to a close. Grot and Dante have ruined a perfectly evil party, and they are left with one important guest left to talk to. And they are going to be having a very serious conversation with him,
The party has well and truly been ruined. Can Dante discover any secrets before he leaves the mansion, or will the Vryloka escape before he has answers to the cause or his curse? Will Grot get to kill anyone in a really bad-ass manner?
It’s all action as the fifth season of the Formal Gamer reaches a crescendo. Prisoners are escaping, people are fighting and chaos reigns supreme. Will Grot and Dante find any answers to their questions? Probably not, they’ll just miss it all.
It is kicking off in the mansion this week. Grot has got some combat going, and it is about going to go down. Lot’s of stabbing coming up.
